• Submit your application to only one location
• Do not apply on behalf of someone else
• Response may take 24 – 48 hours (M-TH).
• The Intake process can take up to 2 weeks as space becomes available. Sometimes it is sooner.
• Applicants upon arrival will be required to complete a TB and COVID test. Staff will make arrangements. If you have a current TB test, please fax your results to 925-308-7703.
