Lisa is the owner of The English Rose Tea Room in Pleasanton. She is a long-time Shepherd’s Gate volunteer and has led many Bible studies over the years.
Emily Nelson, Vice President
Emily has been involved with Shepherd’s Gate for many years as a supporter and volunteer. She has helped with planning the yearly banquet as well as being the Emcee for that event. Emily joined the Board of Directors in 2007.
Liz Connolly, Secretary
Liz and her husband own a furniture store in Fremont. She has been on the Board of Directors since 2009 and is helping with fundraising and development for the ministry.
Bill Irwin, Treasurer
Bill is the Director of Oak Tree Ministries. He has been on the Shepherd’s Gate Board of Directors since 2006 and has volunteered in various ways throughout the ministry.
Jennifer Malakoff, At Large
Jennifer is a local real estate professional for Alain Pinel Realtors. She has been serving on the Board of Directors since 2009.
Pete Rodriguez, At Large
Pete is the President/CEO of Exar Semi Conductor Corporation. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2006.
Aladina Capaccioli, At Large
Dina serves on our Program Committee. A proud mother of 3 children, she is a Registered Dietitian currently teaching at Las Positas College and a VP of the medical benefits division of Granite Insurance.
Alan Cerro, At Large
Alan is a founding partner of Dutra-Cerro-Graden a real estate and development services. He is also the co-owner and CEO of San Mateo-based C & V Investment Company.
Mark Williams, At Large
Mark is the Vice President of Operations at Joni and Friends. He has been involved with Shepherd’s Gate for the past eight years, and has served on the Board of Directors since 2008.
